Processing Shipment

We try to send out shipments on Tuesdays, but this can fluctuate for various reasons. It’s been proven that the sooner we can get a store their shipment the better their numbers are for the week so if we can then we will send out shipment on a Monday. We will let you know the week before what day we are expecting shipment to go out, but for the most part it will ship out on Tuesdays.

It should take about an hour per box to hang up your shipment, check it against your transfer slip, size it, and steam it. If your team is efficient then shipment will be a breeze!

If Home Office sends out shipment on a Tuesday:

Pinebrook, Bel Air, and Hourglass will receive their shipment that day because they are local in Mobile, AL. Home Office will deliver the shipment, and the stores are expected to process the shipment (check in, size, steam, etc) before anything goes on the sales floor that night to be merchandised. After the store is merchandised, including accessorizing, pictures needs to be uploaded into Dropbox under your store’s name.

Galleria, Summit, Destin and Eastchase will receive their shipment on Wednesday via UPS. They are then expected to process the shipment (check in, size, steam, etc) before anything goes on the sales floor that night to be merchandised. After the store is merchandised, including accessorizing, pictures needs to be uploaded into Dropbox under your store’s name.

Webb Gin has a two-day ship because they are the farthest away. They will receive their shipment on a Thursday via UPS. They are then expected to process the shipment (check in, size, steam, etc) before anything goes on the sales floor that night to be merchandised. After the store is merchandised, including accessorizing, pictures needs to be uploaded into Dropbox under your store’s name.
